The QTS-1 instrument is designed for use in Windows 95/ Windows NT
environments.
When the instrument is first switched on the user is offered a number of possible options
of how to use the instrument:

Each of the buttons leads the user to a single screen or a simple 'card index' of screens
to carry out the chosen tasks. This approach means the instrument can be used in a
straightforward methodical way by the unskilled operator or 'short cuts' can be taken by
the expert.
