We can provide the customer with a service ranging from the simple modification of the QTS-1 instrument for a specific application to the development of a complete custom instrument.

Sensor Design
We can produce individual quartz  sensors or mini-arrays for specific applications.   Where a suitable sensor is not available from our database we can undertake to develop specific sensors.
 
Application Specific Mini-array Systems
There are significant  advantages for the user in developing application specific array systems:
 
systems can be dramatically simplified
arrays can be optimised for a single type of determination
appropriate simple displays can be developed (pass/fail; accept/reject)
measurements can be made by untrained operators in the field
systems can be integrated with existing production lines and processes
appropriate sample introduction methods can be developed.

The definable quartz arrays developed by Quartz Technology provide a key advantage for producing appropriate systems: methods developed on the QTS-1 laboratory array instrument can be readily transferred to application specific systems using the same array and pattern recognition methodologies. Besides vastly simplifying the design and construction of systems the feature means the commercialisation of application specific arrays will always be low risk: the application can be proven using standard laboratory equipment before a custom solution is designed.
